About me
My name is Tolu. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in English and am also a certified ESL teacher from the UK.
I have been teaching English since 2019. I have experience teaching both children and adults, from beginners to advanced levels. I have worked with different ESL companies within the Asian and Eastern European continents and assisted many of my students with their language goals.
I like to use the Task-Based Learning method of teaching, which helps students use the target language to communicate in different academic, social, and professional situations. Many of my students have this knowledge to develop speaking, listening, writing, and reading, pass their English exams (TOEFL, IELTS), interview, make presentations, and travel abroad.
In my free time, I like to decorate events, watch movies, listen to music, read interesting books, and walk in the woods.
Language is power, and I am passionate about helping my students use the English language to fulfill their academic, professional, and social goals.
