About me
As a language teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) whose first language is not English, I feel I am very comfortable teaching this language as I have a very good understanding of the whole learning process including grammar rules.
I lived in England (Oxford) for 18 years and I am a dual citizen (Hungarian and British). I returned to my native Hungary in June 2020.
I have been teaching English as a foreign language (EFL and ESOL) both in England (Oxford) and Hungary since 2004. I have considerable experience of teaching both children of all ages and adults ranging from complete beginners to advanced learners. I have been working with groups as well as on a one to one basis. I enjoy teaching both general English and Business English.
In addition, I have considerable German teaching experience including exam preparation for GCSE and A level and some experience of teaching Russian on a private basis as well. When I lived in the UK, sometimes I taught Hungarian as a foreign language, too.
I have also been delivering online language courses since 2020.
