Hey, I'm Pero Hattingh, an experienced English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) educator with nearly 20 years of teaching experience. Originally from South Africa, I've been dedicated to making language learning a fun and rewarding experience.
I've got the TEFL certificate to prove I mean business. Over the years, I've taught English as a foreign language in various settings. I've spent a couple of years at a state school in Bratislava, another couple at a language school, and the rest of my time has been at my own language school.
I like to mix things up a bit when it comes to teaching. I bring a fresh approach to the classroom, encouraging students to think outside the box and explore English in exciting ways.
Apart from teaching, I have a bunch of hobbies and interests. I enjoy writing, doing some leatherwork, strumming the guitar, hiking, and travelling to new places. These passions fuel my teaching and create a lively and engaging environment for my students.
